PLUS here is a Delicious and Festive Salad Recipe to get you started on your healthy path:


Get yourself a clean, salad size plate

Place 2 handfuls organic spinach and arugula combined as the base

Add fresh chopped chives, basil and mint

Place 1 cup cooked and cubed sweet potatoes, leeks and Zucchini on top

Sprinkle with Tbsp cranberries, 3 Tbsp pomegranate and 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

Top with my signature dressing:

2 Tbsp olive oil, Tbsp apple cider vinegar, tsp dijon and 1/2 tsp maple syrup

whisk together, pour on top and enjoy!!
